- Project details: property type, measurements, materials, and any photos you provide.
- Communications: emails, messages, and notes related to your enquiry or project.
3) How we use your data
- To provide quotes, schedule site visits, and deliver wrapping services.
- To communicate with you about your project, billing, and support.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
4) Lawful bases
- Contract: to provide a quote and deliver the services you request.
- Legitimate interests: managing our business and improving services.
- Legal obligation: keeping necessary records.
5) Sharing your data
- Service providers we use to operate (e.g., email, hosting, payment or scheduling tools).
- Trusted third-party installers, but only if we cannot service your postcode or capacity is limited and you opt in via the referral checkbox. In that case, we share the contact and project info you provide so they can contact you with a quote. We may receive a referral fee.
6) Referrals and consent
- Opt-in only. We only share your enquiry with a Partner if you explicitly opt in. Consent is separate from general terms.
- What we share. If you opt in, we may share your name, contact details, postcode/address area, project details, and any photos you submitted so the Partner can contact you and provide a quote/availability.
- Partner status. Partners act under their own privacy information and are responsible for their communications with you.
- Referral fee. If a Partner accepts your enquiry or completes work for you, Flowrap may receive a referral fee/commission.
- Withdrawing consent. You can withdraw referral consent at any time before we share your enquiry by contacting info@flowrap.uk. Withdrawal won’t affect processing already carried out.
7) Retention
We keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed to manage your booking and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle queries, warranties, and legal requirements.
8) Your rights
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict your data, and to object to processing where applicable. To exercise these rights, contact info@flowrap.uk.
9) Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
